Returns Policy & Returns Request Form

At UnityXpressions, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances when a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which we accept returns.

1. We Make Every Product To Order: Our products are unique, made-to-order items. This means that we do not stock inventory, and each item is produced specifically for each customer. Due to this nature of our business, we are unable to support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a store credit equal to your purchase. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Be sure to provide a clear photo showing the issue.

3. Multiple Defective Products: If there’s an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

4. Refunds: Refunds for valid cases will be issued to your UnityXpressions account balance. You can use this credit for all products in our store, with no restrictions other than overlapping sales item conflicts (Only one discount per item, unless otherwise noted.)

5. Unsuccessful Delivery: In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

6. Tolerance in Print Placement: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. This means that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Please note that UnityXpressions will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or changed their mind.
